कबीर को धक्का देते हुए रूम से निकाला ही था की दोनों की नजर दरवाजे पर खड़ी अनन्या पर गई कबीर ने उसे एक नजर देखा और मुस्कुराते हुए चला गया, लेकिन सांझ ने उसे देखा और दोनों हाथ बांधते हुए बोली–" किसी के रूम में झांकने की पुरानी आदत है क्या?"
" कबीर मेरा था जिसे तुम मुझसे छीन चुकी हो" अनन्या ने सांझ को घूरते हुए कहा!"
" उफ्फ! तुम्हारे होते तो मैं यहां नहीं होती!" इसलिए किसी के पति पर नजरे रखना अच्छी लड़कियों को शोभा नहीं देता है अनन्या!" इतना बोल सांझ वाह से चली गई!"
